Commercial, Military & Industrial Temperature Range
DEI offers multiple device temperature ranges, such as Commercial Temperature Range, Military Temperature Range and Industrial Temperature Range, to suit your needs. Seven temperature ranges are available. The 10th position in the device number specifies the range:
Temperature Range Codes:
- C: 0 / +70oC
- D: -10 / +50oC
- I: -40 / +85oC
- E:-55 / +85oC
- A: -40 / +125oC
- M: 55 / +125oC
- K: -55/ +105oC

In the above example, E denotes the device's temperature range as: -55 / +85oC
