CHARGES:
A 6% SERVICE CHARGE will be added to the customers TOTAL INVOICE, including shipping, for this service. A receipt of the bill will be attached to the NO-CHARGE INVOICE sent to the customer.

ORDERING:
When making a credit card purchase, the customer must provide the Contact Name, Company, Phone Number, Type of Credit Card, Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, and the Billing Address, including ZIP Code for the Credit Card.

If the customer does not wish to provide this information in writing, the customer may call DEI's Customer Service Group at 480-303-0822 and provide the above information over the telephone.

Parts are placed on Tape & Reel per the appropriate EIA Standards. The Reel is then placed in a antistatic bag. The bagged Reel is then placed in a shipping box. A label identifying the customer name, the customer order number, customer part number, quantity, and the parts JEDEC Moisture Sensitivity Level is placed on the Reel, on the outside of the antistatic bag, and on the outside of the Reel shipping box.

CHARGES
$0.10 per unit plus a $100.00 PER SHIPMENT handling fee.

ORDERING
ONLY ONE PART NUMBER CAN BE PUT ON A REEL. Multiple Reels can be sent in the same shipment.

There are no minimum or maximum quantity requirements. The customer can specify the parts to be divided into any desired quantity per Reel, even if the Reel is not full. If the quantity ordered exceeds the maximum quantity per Reel, the balance of the parts will be placed on another Reel.

Charges for this service can be shown as a separate line item on the customer's purchase order, or the charges can be totaled, divided by the number of parts ordered, then added to the unit price on the customer's purchase order.

PRODUCT BAKED & DRY PACKED

Parts are baked at +125°C for 24 hours. Immediately after bake, the parts are put in tubes or trays and vacuum sealed in a Dry Pack, Antistatic Bag along with a desiccant bag and a moisture indicator per the appropriate JEDEC Standards. A label identifying the customer name, customer order number, the customer part number, quantity, and the parts JEDEC Moisture Sensitivity Level is placed on the outside of the Bag.

CHARGES
There is no additional charge for this service. Bake and Dry Pack are parts of our standard product flow for all of DEI's products.

ORDERING
No special ordering is required for this service. Bake and Dry Pack will be automatically provided as part of the standard product flow for all products with a Moisture Sensitivity Level of 2 and higher.

Immediately after bake, the parts are put on TAPE & REEL and vacuum sealed in a Dry Pack, Antistatic Bag along with two desiccant bags and one moisture indicator. All the above completed per the appropriate EIA and JEDEC Standards. A label or a certificate of compliance (CofC) identifying the customer name, the customer order number, the customer part number, quantity, and the parts JEDEC Moisture Sensitivity Level is placed on the Reel, on the outside of the Bag, and on the Reel shipping box.
