NOTES:
- Package dimension drawings are located
at the end of each data sheet. Additional packages are also
available for special order. Please contact us for your
specific application requirements.
- Details of 429 and 422 Modes may
be found in data sheets where 422 mode is available.
- Output resistances are per each
output.
- Outputs that are not fused will
require external components to meet ARINC 429 fault tolerance
specifications.
- The DEI1073, 1074, and 1075 have
tristate capabilitities.
- DEI1270 is a 5X7mm 38 lead MLP package
with Dual ARINC 429 Line Drivers and all three output resistor
options. This device is available with an isolated tab (1271)
or with the tab connected to V- power supply (1270).
- Direct replacement for obsolete
RM3182 and RM3182A.
- DEI1170 is a 5x5 mm 20 lead MLP
package with a single ARINC 429 Line Driver with all three resistor
options. This device is available with an isolated tab (1171)
or with the tab connected to V- power supply (1170).
- The 1070A series is an improved version of the DEI1070 series. All new designs should use this revision where possible.
