700 Series Product Matrix:

The 700 Series Bipolar Analog Arrays consists of nine arrays with varying resources. A spreadsheet is available to size an array. This circuit sizer is provided to estimate the array size that a circuit will use. The actual circuit can usually be much smaller since opamps can be replaced by gain stages and bias circuits may be shared. Please read the FAQ on Using Differential Gain Stages in Place of Opamps.

*Small NPN and PNP devices share a common structure. These transistor islands can be routed as either device and are marked in the layout to identify them for running Layout Versus Schematic (LVS) checking.
